Update Promise

Offutt Collision Repair in Bellevue, NE is always looking at ways to improve our customer service experience.  Last July OCR started a new program that allows us to keep our customers up-to-date and informed with the latest vehicle repair information. We like to call this our Update Promise.

One thing we have learned over the years is that our customers feel lost without their vehicle. So what does our Update Promise mean?  It is simple.  We promise to keep you, our customer updated and informed with vehicle updates throughout the repair process.

Our Director of First Impressions, Tiffany Brown, sends text messages with repair updates to each and every one of our customers.  Our Estimators personally call all of the customers if additional damage is found.  When the vehicle is repaired and ready for pick up, Tiffany calls the customer directly to let them know when they can pick up their vehicle.

Offutt Collision Repair continues to be the best in the collision and auto body industry. We will always keep our Update Promise!  At OCR we are driven to a higher standard and take pride in the fact that we go above and beyond for all of our customers!

If you find that you are in need of an Auto Body Repair Shop that works with all Insurance companies, works on all makes and models, and provides a free estimate, call or stop by today.

Feel free to use our online booking service at www.Offuttcollisionrepair.com or give us a call at 402-291-5599.

I’m a military wife and mom of 3 boys. I’ve been with OCR for 2 years now, and I absolutely love it! I love how Offutt Collision is so involved in the community and with the military. I couldn’t imagine my life without OCR in it! Chad is an amazing owner who leads from the front, and truly cares about his customers. I know this is what makes us so special!
