Joe Hernandez has been with Offutt Collision Repair in Bellevue, NE for a total of 7 years. He actually left OCR to go work for another body repair shop , only to realize how he took for granted having air conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter. He came back to Offutt Collision Repair not just because of the heat and air, but because he likes the team environment that was created amongst his co-workers. “The benefits are priceless,” Hernandez said. “And we have insane Christmas Parties!” But all joking aside Hernandez says, “It’s rare when you can click with the guy on top of the pyramid. You want to make him money.” He feels it was a perfect transition from George Rybar to Chad Kunkel.
Offutt Collision Repair is also proud to have Joel Ortiz join the OCR family. Fluent in Spanish, he is able to help us communicate with our Spanish speaking clients. He is a great asset to our business, and with his background in licensed property and casualty insurance he is transitioning well into our team environment. He is excited to learn the collision industry from the auto repair side. He enjoys the family atmosphere and loves that “the owner is just a few feet away to answer any questions or concerns,” said Ortiz.
